    • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
    • After placing an order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.
    • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery location. You will be able to review the shipping cost before confirming your order.

    Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.     7. Missing or Lost Packages

    If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us immediately at info@diinterplay.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue, but DIInterplay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

    8. Shipping Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. DIInterplay is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can correct it before shipping.

    9. Order Modifications or Cancellations

    Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel your order. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
